Don Strash has worked in aerospace manufacturing engineering and technology management for more than 30 years. He has played a role in advancing new technology on the B-1B, Space Shuttle, F-22, and F-35 programs.
He is on a mission to spread the philosophy of process capability analysis and zero defects methods within the aerospace manufacturing community. He mastered practical shop floor techniques during his employment at an automotive OEM for 10 years prior to joining Lockheed Martin in 2007.
Don is the manager of advanced manufacturing technology at the Lockheed Martin Skunks Works in Palmdale, CA., a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Management, and a certified Black Belt.
