Julian “Jack” Crane is a senior level manufacturing engineer at The Boeing Company in Mesa, Arizona. He currently supports the Tool Design and Fabrication teams, including composite fabrication tools.
Jack has more than 30 years in the manufacturing engineering role with The Boeing Company. His experience includes work on complex tool designs for composite aerostructures and composites tooling fabrication for the AH-64E Apache attack helicopter. Jack is responsible for creating technical statements of work for creating composite and metal tool designs, tool fabrication and modifications.
Jack’s career also includes six years in the US Army as a UH-1H helicopter crew chief and as a UH-1H helicopter pilot prior to his employment at The Boeing Company.
Jack holds a BS degree and a MS degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
