Todd graduated from the University of Washington in 1993 with a BS in physics and started with Electroimpact one month later. Except for a brief stint at Irwin Research and Development, Todd has worked with Electroimpact the entire time. In 2004, Todd co-founded the AFP group, breaking ranks with the riveting and tooling groups to develop a system for producing the Boeing 787 section 41 part. Todd is responsible for the CNC executive that allows Electroimpact AFP to work at speeds in excess of 6000 in/min. Todd also developed the multi-machining cell that is used to great effect in Wichita, KS.
