Vice President of Business Development
William E. Bigot is currently vice president of business development for Nova-Tech Engineering in Lynnwood, Washington, USA. His responsibilities include management of the business development and supporting all aerospace activities.
Prior to joining Nova-Tech in December 2014, Mr. Bigot was vice president of sales, marketing and business development for PaR Systems in Shoreview, Minnesota, USA. He joined PaR Systems in August, 2009.
Prior to PaR Systems, Mr. Bigot spent 24 years in technical and managerial positions with MTS Systems Corporation in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. At MTS Systems he helped lead the company become a worldwide leader in the integration of physical and virtual simulation product development in aerospace and automotive markets.
His technical and managerial positions were focused in aerospace, automotive and geo-civil engineering groups. He was instrumental in the development of capabilities and methods integrating physical testing with virtual simulation and the establishment of the SmartSimTM Community. His diverse MTS background includes positions as software manager, narket manager, director of R&D, director of the Modeling Integration Products & Services Division and director of the Advanced Systems Sales Division.
Mr. Bigot holds degrees in mathematics and computer science from the University of Minnesota as well as an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
