Reserve Your 2023 Exhibit Space
As we continue final preparations for AeroDef 2021 we are also planning for AeroDef 2023 — scheduled for November 7-9 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California. As part of our continued Customer First Program, we are pleased to offer you first access to the 2023 exhibit space selection.
The space reservation process begins October 15, 2021, and continues through November 1, 2021. Following this period we will place all space reservations received. Submitting your AeroDef 2023 space reservation before AeroDef 2021 allows those of you participating in this year’s event to have more time on-site to focus on meeting with customers and managing your booth presence.
3 Important Steps for AeroDef 2023 Rebooking
- Review the 2023 floor plan and complete the Exhibit Space Request Form. Provide your top 4 booth choices on this form. As your first choice may not be available, we recommend selecting booths in different areas of the floor.
- Sign the Exhibit Space Contract. Carefully review the information on the contract, including rates and payment schedule. A digital signature is required on the first page and your initials are required on the second page.
- Email the Exhibit Space Request Form and the signed Exhibit Space Contract to aerodefmfg@sme.org by Monday, November 1, 2021.
